Default Corsair with new motor/esc, retracts! BL Supercub!

Got a new 1250KV motor and 40A esc along with retracts on my PZ Corsair. This thing is really fast, almost TOO fast LOL!

My SuperCub inherited the BL system from the Corsair...

Looks nice
What battery are you using in the Corsair? Have you flown it enough with the new set up yet to get a handle on flight time?

Thanks! I am using Turnigy 2200 3s 25-25C lipo. That was the only flight i was able to get because of the break but I charged it tonight and put 2256 back in it so I wasnt going to be flying much longer anyway. So I guess flight time was 4-5 min.
I dont know how much longer it would have flown until the cutoff kicked in. I will get a better idea the more I fly it. I can say I have 3 brand new 2200 packs so I dont know if they get better with a few cycles or if its as good as they get right away.

Also, I flew half throttle for 2 min or so then the rest was full throttle. I'm sure if I cruise around half or less I might be able to stretch the time to 7-8 minutes maybe. Like I said I will get a better idea once I fly some more.

Thanks again!

You put 2256 back into a 2200 battery?
Interesting, I guess you have your LVC set lower than I run mine.
Is there room to run a little bigger battery?
Might be interesting to see if increase in energy offsets the increase in AUW

The 2200 fits really snug. I don't even need to use the strap for it.

All of my Turnigy batteries have been like this. My 1800s used to take 1900. I think they just under rate them.

As far as AUW goes I'm sure the retracts add a good bit as well as the battery. I will get a total later and post it.

Excellent - what retracts did you use? Do you have any pictures of your retracts install. I just repowered my PZ corsair and am considering retracts.

Awsome retracts, I want that, is that retract system a strong one ? I guess after the nose dive at the end of the video proves that the sure can hold up. Let me know what you used please. By the way check out my corsair vids I posted
