UPDATE
I reviewed HeadsUp's returns policy and saw that it is their policy to pay for return shipping on defective items. Since this didn't happen, I emailed them and got an almost immediate response indicating that a refund would be issued. I don't understand why this didn't happen automatically but better late than never. THANK YOU, HeadsUp!! |

Sometimes you will get a DOA part from a vendor, that the MFG did not catch, I had that happen too with a item from Heads up Rc, Jeff took care of it right away, I just wish all vendors were like Jeff @ Heads Up Rc

When my Parkzone T-28 micro Trojan arrived, the ailerons didnt work.
I had to open it up and check the connectors. Unplugged and reconnected, seemed to sort the problem. However, I have had a few flights where the ailerons have stopped responding, resulting in a crash and another dismantling session. The model shop who supplied the model couldnt even be bothered to respond to my notification of unresponsive controls 'out of the box'. I'm prepared to open up a new model to check for a wire loosened in transit but an ongoing inflight problem like spontaneous intermittent loss of controls, seems like a good reason for returning it. |

FOR the third time,I did not get delivery from USPS. This time it was from Heads up.(not there fault. A scout autogyro from AERO BALSA has been lost by USPS for six weeks,got a replacement . THE first one NEVER did show up. This time it was for a battery for the gyro. Heads up says it was shipped on MAY 3 . I usually get stuff from them in Three or four days. This is getting to be a BIG pain. THE OLD GRUMP
