Default freewing F-86 Sabre

Anyone had one of these or got any info on them ? just love the plane, guess that the electrics will probably be crap, but can change them if it flys good

got it, very impressed with the quality, even the epoxy is supplied, took me about 1 hour to complete it, very good instruction manual, looking forwards to flying it

A few flying tips... This looks to be the same plane I bought from Hobby Lobby. I hated it, until I learned how to get it in the air. I love it now.

I was trying to get it up to speed with a hard overhand throw, and it would constantly roll.

I now give it a gentle underhand toss and it takes off like a dream.

Expect the fuel tanks to rip off. I used cut down popsicle sticks to protect the servo arms, and removed the tanks. It flies great without them.

Self proclaimed dictator of the Flite Test fan club.

This plane is very addictive.


There are some hilarious moment especially the landing.

Is this the same F86 from hobby lobby? Is it a good EDF or should the guts be replaced?
