Well, with lipo you really aren't supposed to 'run it out'. It damages them. This is not a NiCad.
If you over discharge the lipo to below 3.0v/cell that charger will no longer charge it. Do you have a voltmeter to check? That particular charger ain't too swift either. I've had 3, I know. So, could be lipo, could be the charger. |

Do you have a wattmeter or cell voltage checker available? If not, you can use a multimeter if you're careful not to create a short while you're testing. How familiar are you with the care and feeding of Lipo batts? If you haven't already, you should read this guide, well at least the part on Lipo's as it's a long one, and you'll learn alot.
