Just finished the build on this one.

Is anyone else flying one of these?

Well I got in the maiden flight this morning. Was pretty windy so I debated for a while, but finallly decided to give it t a try.

It went well enough - but could not really tell where I was a touch out of trim or if it was just the wind blowing her around a bit.

All good though - need to tweak her some when I get a calmer day.

I have one and love it. I have a power plus 480 in mine swinging a 11" prop. Man is it fun to fly and with that motor setup it handles wind very well. You will want to put bigger wheel and bend the landing gear forward for grass landing, as well as add a tie bar connecting the wheel struts. The only other mod I added was flaperons. You can land nice and slow with the flaps down. You will need to mix in some up elevator as the flaps tends to push the nose over a little.

Heya JZ,

I am running an E-Flite 480 with an 11x5.5 E prop - seems like plenty of power. I did go 3" wheels and did bend the LG forward.

Did you cut in the flaps on the bottom wing?

No, not seperate flaps cut out. I have flaperons on both wings. (ailerons that all go down a little when the flaps switch is down). It works quite well.
