Default Need Programming instructions...Please HELP!!

I have a a couple esc's and I can't seem to find the correct programming iinstructions. These are older esc's and may have been replaced. They were new a few years ago.

The first ESC is a Programmable Hyperion 50A Opto 2-5 Lipo, 5-16NC and the second one is a Hacker X-70 Opto Pro 6-16NC/ 2-5Lipo

Would appreciate a link to the programming instructions.

Aloha,
Les
