Default Need Help with Pusher Jet Plans

I have recently acquired a surplus of campaign signs (about 1/8" thick). I would like to make a straight forward, simple, pusher jet. Any ideas on any free plans?

Motors like the 39g Grayson Microjet v3 work well on moderate sized profile pusher jets.

Default Pusher Jets and Corrigated Signs

Just about any foam prop-n-slot plane or jet can be made using the corrigated signs, but the end result will be heavier. Generally speaking, you want to make the prop-n-slot copy around 20% larger to reduce the wing loading, and go up around 500-800 on the kV rating for the same motor weight. Normally that give what you need for a corrigated sign copy that was originally in foam board. I think you might be a little disappointed with the heavier bird if a foam copy that is a little smaller wants to race. You will be tempted to use a larger battery pack in the hope of getting the flight time back up near the foam copy, but that will only add more weight and work the motor harder. You might want to start with a simple Pizza Box Flyer design and decide if you like the heavier, corrigated plastic option. Just keep in mind what I said above and expect your version to fly a bit slower due to the extra weight.
