Default folding prop help

Have a folding prop on my glider. The shaft is 4mm. I can not pull the assembly off the shaft. Compression type. Was wondering if anybody has any tricks to get it off the shaft?? Heat it up maybe.

I got it off with a little easy twist of the screw driver.
