have you checked ebay, craigslist, or classifieds on this or other forums? I see people selling their msr's all the time. the question of whether or not parts for it will be readlly available is another issue however. of course the msrx uses alot of the same parts, and it just came out

I am wanting to get rid of my msr and an mcx to boot. Let me know. I can spot you a pretty fair deal.

I own them both, not an expert pilot by any means, but like the X better.
Assuming you have the space, the X is faster and more manueverable. Just my .02 Chris |

I have, 1 msr, 1 mcx, 2 mcx boards, 1 with no antennae, 1 mcx frame with blades, celerra 4 battery charger, assorted servo arms. I would take 65 shipped for the whole deal. No batteries though, the msr has a slight tbe.

How about 40 shipped without the mcx, mcx boards, serrvo arms, and the frame and blades? Just the msr and the cellerra? And what do you mean by slight tbe?

When hovering, it will start to do slow ever widening circles. It is a slow process that I usually don't notice as am flying in circles anyway. It is not a pirouette as the bird is stable on it's axis. I never bothered to fix it as I got distracted by my planes. I could do 40 for the msr and charger though.

Would you consider fixing that? I'm a plane guy, and It would be my first heli. I would have no idea how to fix it.

I really don't know the cause, and I really don't want to get in to trying to troubleshoot the issue, it is so minor that the only time I notice is when I hover for an extended period of time. To tell the truth, I am not really sure this would be a good first helicopter anyway. Most people start with a coax as their first. Sorry.

Well, I have flown coaxials before, I just wasn't really counting them as legit helis. If you do count them, It would be my second or third heli. I also have lots of plane experience, and 4ch heli sim time.
It's fine that you don't want to fix it! I didn't understand what minor issue it was. I'm not looking to buy right at the moment, however I will keep you posted. Happy flying! -Jack |
