Do not Judge, or you too will be Judged. For in the same way you Judge others, you will be Judged, and with the same measure you use, it will be measured to You.

if it'll fit and the plane can lift it sure. The electronics only care about the voltage of the battery, they could care less about the mAh (milli-amp hours) of a battery, that's just it's storage capacity; IOW how long it can supply a given amount of current.

Agreed it will work, BUT, you will need to check the CG with the larger pack installed, and adjust for it.

When I die, I want to go like my Grandfather did, in his sleep...... Not screaming like the passengers in his plane.

Even though you sending up more fuel, and should see an increase in your flight time, some of that increased fuel will be used up in your planes lifting that heavier battery, so your flight time will not increase as much as you might hope.

Everything said above is valid.
You mean this battery? Should fit and work fine. Be aware that advertising specs, especially in batteries, don't always work out in real life. I've tried some 'off brand' NiMh packs in my Aerobird (back in the day). They worked, were cheap, and weren't very good batteries in the long run. They were dead within 1 season while the older stock batteries lasted almost 3 years. Cheap experiment though. |

If you're going to learn to fly them, you have to learn to fix them. |

Weigh the battery you are taking out if you can. Weight the one you are putting in. They need to be about the same or the plane will be out of balance.
