This is a custom machined aluminum motor mount for the Multiplex FunJet and FunJet Ultra. It is designed to adapt a large range of motors for an excellent upgrade in performance. The alignment tab has also been machined into the mount to keep thrust angle adjustments simple. The mount is a direct swap with the stock plastic mount. Simply bolt on and you are ready to fly.

Two step installation:

1. Attach new motor to aluminum mount with the supplied screws
2. Attach entire assembly to the jet using the supplied mounting and thrust adjustment screws

Compatible Motors:

There are a large number of motor styles that will work with this mount. Here are a few examples.

This mount is designed to adapt a large range of motors with bolt patterns ranging from 16mm x 16mm to 30mm x 30mm and all combinations in between. The mount is a direct swap with the stock plastic mount and includes cooling holes to allow better airflow into the cowl. This has also been known to eliminate the viration issues many people have been experiecing with the stock mount. No modification necessary.

Parkzone T28, Corsair, P-51D Mustang, Radian/Radian Pro, F4F Wildcat, Stinson

This mount is designed to adapt a range of 3530, 3536 and 3542 size brushless motors as well as the Heads Up RC Power up 480 motor to these Parkzone planes for an excellent upgrade in performance.

One of the key features to this mount is that it utilizes the stock plastic mount as a buffer zone in the event of a crash. The very inexpensive and easily replaceable stock plastic mount should take the impact instead of damaging the planes fuselage. No cowl modifications are necessary for the 3530 and 3536 series of motors (or 3542 on the P51), simply bolt on and you are ready to fly.

The Carbon-Z Yak 54 mount is designed to run a large variety of brushless outrunner motors utilizing 19x19, 19x25, and 25x25mm bolt patterns. It is also much stronger than the stock mount. Simply bolt on and you are ready to fly.

The Apprentice mount will work with the popular Power Up 25 and 3548 sized motors. One of the key features to this aluminum motor mount is that it utilizes the stock plastic mount as a buffer zone in the event of a crash. This CNC machined aluminum two piece mount is designed to adapt a large range of outrunner motors to the Multiplex Easy Star. It will allow for three different motor mounting heights to accommodate propeller sizes ranging from 6" to 8".

With this feature you can easily run a lower KV motor with a larger propeller for more thrust and better efficiency. This would be a perfect combination for FPV pilots looking for longer flight times and a more quite platform.

Swapping motors from a 35mm outrunner with an 8" prop to a 28mm outrunner with a 6" prop can easily be done by removing a few screws. This is ideal for those looking to achieve the best performance possible.

Position 1: stock height up to a 6" prop.
Position 2: (+) 0.41" for up to a 7" prop.
Position 3: (+) 1.0" for up to an 8" prop.

Notes: A 35mm outrunner motor will only fit in Position 3 (+ 1.0"). 28mm outrunners will work in any of the three positions. The stock thrust angles are retained in all 3 positions. If a change in thrust angle is desired, simply add a small washer between the motor base and motor plate at the appropriate locations.

This aluminum stick mount is designed to fit models using a 10mm stick for mounting motors. It will securely attach to any 10mm stick allowing for a large range of 28mm and 35mm outrunner motors to be used. It is CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminum making it very strong.

One key feature of this mount is that the motor shaft and propeller are positioned just below the stick.

Thrust angle washers are included to adjust for proper thrust angle if necessary.

Distance from bottom of stick to center of motor shaft is 6mm.
Depth of tube (part that slips over the stick) is 10.7mm

Compatible Motors:

28mm Outrunner
35mm Outrunner

Acceptable bolt patterns (mm): 16x19, 19x19, 19x25, 25x25

Yes, the Dogfighter and Mentor mounts are the same.

For the Mentor you will want the Multiplex 19x30 Universal. This will give you the 19x25, 25x25, and 30x30mm bolt patterns.
