Now they have the same plug under ONLY a new brand at...wait for it.....$12.99!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I cannot find it elsewhere yet. I know a plastic molding machine in China is spitting them out for 27 cents each, but I cannot find them, even on ebay. Anyone know another source? BritCarDoc. |

I think you are referring to their RS 270-1527 Lighter Socket w/battery clips.
I did a search using "Lighter Socket with battery clips", and got many hits. A lot of them on Ebay, so you might give this a try. Bill |

On Edit: an Ebay search using "Socket with clips" gave quite a quantity of them.

I looked at ALL the listings and only One listing in England was the right kind.

I went to goodwill and found the cig lighter plugs and put Anderson power poles on the end of it and my charger. Just make sure you get the polarity correct.

You can get cig sockets with wire at most truck stops, look where they have cb antenas and such. I have one with 2 sockets and aligator clips that I use under the hood of the car.

I don't know if you have Dollar Stores, DollarRama, or A Buck or Two where you live. They usually have them for $1.00 in my neck of the woods.
Visit www.iLikeRC.com for great coupon codes for discounts at some of the best Online RC Stores. |
