What planes will you bring

Every year I am blown away by the wide range of planes at SEFF. So I ask you, What will you bring with you this year?

Me, I will have the following,
(2) two 1/5 scale Piper cubs
kadet Sr for some night flying
Four star Forty
SuperFly
PZ F4F WildCat
Yard Stick

Ordered a Teensiefly from Superfly R/C so I can have something to fly that will back on the bike. http://www.superflyrc.com/TeensieFly_p_135.html Jeff has patiently answered my zillion questions

Planning to ride from here to there again this year on a motorcycle and needed a plane that is really compact and durable!

With the micro light systems out there, I'm looking for LED's that take two cell that this little critter can carry and still fly well. So far no luck finding LED's but I haven't given up yet. One vendor is out of stock and the other vendors site won't load on the computer.

If you folks have any ideas, please send em my way!

I had seen those Andrew but was worried about the end weight with the wiring to power them. Do you think they would be light enough for a micro plane to handle?

You could also check with SuperFlyRc. See what they say about how many lights you can put on that plane. I was looking at it on there site. It is pretty small. I still think you could put some lights on it though. Just not a lot.

correction, that's 1/4 scale not 1/3rd... it's about 14 pounds total weight and pulling about 1500 watts. Same power setup as my 1/5th scale Waco.

She's got ample power!

Thanks Richard, it looks even better in person! full interior, working Nav lights, it was built really well by a master modeler.

No planes for me, but I am bringing a transmitter just in case. Only planes I have small enough to carry on the bike would be too delicate to make the trip.

Might just get down there and buy a bind-n-fly so I have something to fly...

540 edge BP(E -Flite) 300 ultra mico (E-Flite) MS Wing nite flyer and maybe a combat plane,,(assassin),,,
Bill was hand-launching a BIG JET Airliner (4 years ago?) that was a hoot to see! bubsteve
