I went to pilotage on 36th street. This what I remember LHS being like when I was a kid. Unlike other LHSs that can give a flying about your problems with your heli or planks, this one appears to be genuine in concerns and customer service. I went in today with the intention of just looking around, no buying, but trust me I wanted to. That Stryker is yelling my name. But I digress. The guys, not once tried to pitch a sale to me. They asked me more questions than unasked then. They wanted to know how long I had been in the hobby. What I was flying. At what level I felt that I was at, etc. all the time they were flying a mQX ( which I wanted but now I don't), mCP Xs and some land locked vehicles. The place was like a temple. I enjoyed the few minutes that I spent there. No pressure. It will be my LHS from this day forward ( not like I have a plethora of choices ). I highly recommend anyone in the tri-state area to come visit and patronize pilotage. You won't be disappointed.
