Default Electrifly Reactor Bipe Prop Selection

I purchased a pretty used Electrifly Reactor Bipe airframe. I did some repairs, installed some servos and bought a 15 sized motor for it. It weighs in now at 38 oz which is at the top of what they say it should weigh with a 3S 2200 mah battery on board.
The paperwork with my motor says that an 11x5.5 is a good prop for sport and 3D models. Measuring the power I get 339 watts at 30 amps. The paperwork with the motor also says this should give me 59 oz. of thrust.
So I tried an 11x8 just for kicks as I had one laying around and that increased the amps to 37 which is the max for the motor for 60 seconds and 407 watts of power.
Now I wait for the wind to calm before I take it out and try it out.
For those with more experience than I which prop would you use on this plane?

I'd use the 11X5 at least for the maiden. Over propping will cause more draw, but not necissarly more speed or thrust.

59oz of thrust for a 38 oz airframe is almost rediculous. I would probably prop it down some if it were me, later on. Should be a rocket ship like that though. That's over 150% thrust to weight ratio.

I went with the 11x5.5 mainly as that is what the motor recommended for the most efficiency.
I don't have to use all the power needless to say.
I have yet to maiden this thing since repairs and rebuild as the wind had been bad in the mountains the last couple of weeks.
