Thanks for the post but you should investigate your recommendation before posting. Take nothing for granted these days. To answer your question, I don't just buy it because I tried before I posted here and it is not possible because the business has been recently purchased and now moving to Oregon or something. They are not taking orders.

They seem to be taking orders and they even have some full kits available. I just tried checking out with a set of plans took me all the way to paying for the plans.
When they were moving they had the shopping cart shut down so no one could order now you can check out. Weird that the home page still says they are in the process of moving seems that's been the case for a couple of months now.
Might want to send them a email and find out for sure if they are taking orders.
I've been wrong before, and this could be one of em.

You Need to go a little further in the cart. You can make the purchase. I sent them an email yesterday. I would hate to see this bird die off because of some business dying off. It's been around for some time now.

I sent a email last night myself hope they don't let this die off.
I have wanted one it was on my list of planes to make wish I didn't wait so long to grab one. Saw one fly at a fun fly once it was electric powered and flew nice. I checked ebay and not a plan to be found on there either.
Good luck finding a plan seems weird nothing to be found on the Mud Duck's.

GravyBones, It is good to hear that. I would also like to see someone resurrect the Clancy Aviation Lazy Bee. I almost got one at a swap meet last year but a guy was just purchasing it as I came up to the table.

Hi road king 97,
Thanks for the offer.
It sure seems to be a great collection of models.
Can I place your offer on hold?
I am trying to get the Mud duck plan off the AMA website,
Tony

Joe,
I would really appreciate a copy of plans for the Jurgen Be. If there is a cost, please let me know. Approx size, construction material, and power system would also be helpful.

Thank You

Many thanks for the link, road king 97.
Really great inspiration to get off this keyboard and get into the workshop to start "balsa bashing".

Ha Ha i do big builds in balsa all winter long then switch to building with foam all summer. I build big balsa seaplanes now but have been through my warbird years.lol Iam still learning about building with foam but its great to switch so i dont get burnt out of the bigger balsa builds. I know i have plans and a construction booklet for a big mud duck somewhere that were given to me if i can find them i will gladly give them up Tony. Iam swamped at work and at home but give me a week to look Tony and i will give them to you free. There are different mudd ducks and i dont even remember the one my friend built and copyed everything for me. joe

My slowly is built from 1/4 blue DOW fanfold but you can use the pink stuff or dollar tree foam will work to.I use gorilla glue because iam dam cheap.lmao Mine has a 1500KV motor and a 18 amp speed control. The lighter dollar tree foam ones are flying with 2 cell 800 llipos but mine is out of fanfold and i fly mine off of a 3 cell 1300 lipo and it still flys very slow and lands great. I think its about 35 inch wing span and such a great flyer and always guys standing around looking at it when i take it out to fly. good luck building them guys. Here is another cutie and its a big tiled pdf plan at 35 pages but its very complete Its in german but you can tell witch one it is by the pictures .The floats are one the next page plus alot more free plans. I use a free google translater so i can read about them . Help yourself guys. joe http://modell-aviator.de/category/downloads/

Joe,
Many thanks and I am happy to wait.

These things are always in the last place you would think to look.

My wife put her digital camera into a "safe place" to stop our two year old grand daughter using it as a toy.
The place was so safe we are still looking for the camera!

I Its funny you mentioned your lost camera i just found mine after looking for it for 6 months. It was behind my computer desk where i probobly knocked it off. I found the construction book along with some others along my reading chair in with my magizines. It may sound like i don't keep track of stuff but i have a excuse ,i just have so much airplane stuff and no time to arrange it right. Hang in there and i will look more this weekend. .Now i need to check the magizines by the crapper for the plans.lmao Just kidding . joe

Alright Tony ,i could not sleep last night at 2 in the morning so i started digging through my plans corner and the very last plan i picked up was the mud duck plans. It looks like two or three pages and they are mostly patterns for cutting parts out but with the book i have i think you can build it. If iam correct the guy who gave them to me had a video of how to build it but i will find out later. I went to sell my ww1 and 2 stuff at a outside sale this morning so i had to get up at 430 to get set up and just now getting home.lol PM me your address and i might have to buy a tube but i think both plans and book will fit in it or i can fold them all and mail it in a brown envelope ,its up to you. This duck is big like i said before i think its 80 inches and they call for a 90 to a 120 four cycle motor . Iam giving them to you free except for shipping but i ask only that you give them out free to others who ask for them here . joe
