we bought a motor from an individual for $135 on another well known site so I ask if he would take 1/2 money order and 1/2 paypal, since I didnt have enuff funds in PP
and they said OK........I sent PP pymt and MO the same day the deal was made, that was on the 17/12.........he got the PP paymt. and the stinkin MO
still hasnt shown up to this day!! when I called to check statues of the MO it was still outstanding and not been tampered with, so obviously it got lost in the damn mail!!! but it did have a return address which still hasnt been returned!
moral of the story>>>>>>>>>>if you send a money order to anyone whatever you do GET IT CONFIRMED!!!!!!

Money orders are easy to get but hard to trace or cancel

Much better to use paypal if you can. If you can't use PP
then go to your bank or credit union and get a bank check.

Or.......just deposit more money in PP.

problem wasnt the MO rather my stupid A$$ for not getting the letter confirmed! and BTW they charge $15 to cancel it
on a good note the funds just now arrived after all that time! motors on its way

I just use the instant transfer from my checking to PP.

I set up a small checking account at a bank that had free checking for seniors (over 50)
I don't put much in it only what I need, but I can transfer from our larger account to my little hobby account at any time.

I dropped my old bank, had an account there since 1956, when they wanted to charge me $5 for a certified check. My other bank every thing is free, and I mean FREE
