Default F-117X(N) Pre-JAST NAVY Concept in "Five Easy Pieces"

gave my original RCPowers F-177A to my brother last week. I still have an un-motored and as yet un-flown one too. But it set me wondering and in turn surfing the net for pictures and perchance evolutions of the plane when low and behold I found this:
A pre-JAST Navy version of the stealth plane.
Once I dig out from my move she will be my next build.

Since I used Scott Lott's (of RCPowers) original F-117A pattern as my point of beginning can I legitimately publish my "Free" PDF plan of my modifications with out infringing on his copyright??
I have made several changes like:
1.) Enhanced the air intakes by creating diverting panels between the inner fuse wall and outer nacelle walls to channel air to the prop.
2.) Modified the prop mount to a typical park-jet style with a "V" bottom to support the firewall.
3.) Changed the nose config eliminating three pieces.
4.) Changed the dorsal panels (now integral with the fuse wall) to have a descending ridge-line which covers the prop on the tailless XT version but doesn't on the XN.
5.) Oh, and in case I forgot to mention, and it is now in five easy pieces.
6.) Added KFm4 airfoils.
7.) Moved the prop-slot forward three inches.
8.) Reconfigured the elevons for T.V. and a simple concealed servo and rod set-up.
9.) oh and one is tail-less and the other is not a delta wing.
I dunno.
What do you think?

F-117XN Night Hawk (pav-2)
Modified her elevons, reinforced her tail base and extended the V bottom to the nose.
