Bill when will you be leaving for SEFF have to figure out the travel times, and put in for my time off. Dang I need to get a night flyer going for this. The way time is going so fast it will be here in no time.

John I usually like to go down in the Friday before the week starts. so the 19th is my projected date to head down, leaving the following Sunday morning the 28th for the return trip back to VA.

For a night flyer check this one out. These things are awesome day or night!

We put some lights on one of these for a guy at HHAEFI this fall and it is awesome! These things fly like they are on rails.

Well I will have to talk to you as the time draws near and make plans.

Steve they look good, but I don't think you got enough throw on them.

It's 8-9 Oz , 450 outie 11/3.5Prop, 30ESC on 3-cells,,, hovers around 1/3 power,, dang things SiCk,,I love it, Hope it last till SEFF, , bubsteve

You should put this on your list of things to do for sure! Heck for that matter stop by on the way down or the way back up. You will never meet a finer group of people than these folks.

And just to be clear, Hodges Hobbies does not put on SEFF. The Fayette Flyers out of the Atlanta area do. Mac Hodges just lets them use his facilities to host the event as it is way to big for any club field.

157 days to go.
I hope everyone has started to plan there trip. I'm planning on getting there on Monday the 22nd. I will stay untill Monday the 29th. Heading home that morning. I'm not sure if I will be bringing my 26 foot camper or a tent this year. I'm working on getting a small pop-up camper. I don't know if it is going to work out. A tent would be the cheepest way for me to attend. (About $500.00 or less round trip.) My last trip cost me about $900.00 (give or take a few bucks)A can't afford that kind of cash every year.

I am only working on one (1) plane for SEFF 2013. A small .25 size pattern typ plane. I don't plan on hitting the 100mph mark but I hope to come close. Low 90's would be great. Other than this one plane. I will bring some of my other ones that I have been flying for a few years now. Nothing special.

Time is rolling along! It will be here before we know it for sure! I'll bring a saddle bag sized plane. I really wanted to buy something cheap to night fly last year but didn't spot anything. Seemed like less Vendors than usual, hope the vendors show up this year!

I'll grab some of my Granddaughters glow sticks on a string you can run around the field spinning em. Make for a great video!!!!
