In 2002 I saw the original airplane in the Smithsonian museum Paul E. Garber preservation, restoration and storage facility.
Here's a link to 2 pictures I took at the time. Many of the airplanes should now be at the new Udvar Hazy facility adjacent to Dulles Airport. -- ggunners |
