Default Keychain Camera 808

Just got this neat little thing today, shoots pretty good video, but I noticed when it's plugged into the computer with the supplied cord, it makes this...noise like something inside the camera is running? Is it supposed to do that? Jeez for a 6 dollar camera though, it works great with an 8 Gb microcard...

Happy flying may your crashes be limited and if they are not limited let them be cool.

Thanks for that! Got the Chuck Nohr site bookmarked for other things regarding the camera's operation, however nothing on the noise I'm hearing. Other than that it seems to be working pretty good...can't really complain for 6 bucks! Also found out I have "#8"...assuming this is the version?

Don't land in the ocean with it. Not that I'd ever do something that silly or anything...

All of my landings are three point landings if you count the spinner, too

Welp, tried it on my little Interceptor 052 CX, and the camera interfered with the heli's receiver (?), thing was turning randomly, wouldn't shut down, when I removed the camera, it was fine. So now it rests on the edge of the brim of my Boston Red Sox hat, to be used as a "hat-cam"...

I have two of the #3 keychain 808 cams. Neither one of them makes any noise. I think I was cheated!

Great little device, Love it! I now have the HD version and love it even more. Well worth the investment.

Yup, I don't think this one's HD, but nonetheless shoots pretty good video, I mean, for what it is, unbeatable! Except the almost 2 month wait coming from Hong Kong. LOVE the Chinglish on the manual...
