Server Power Supply

Based upon advice from these forums I have purchased one of the recommended HP server power supplies from the Bay. I build my own computers, but am unfamiliar with these PS. I would like to know how others are tapping these things. The small pin array on the rear offers 3V, 5V and about 9.5V out on various pins (no full 12V). I do wonder if the unit I got is fully functioning, as there is no full 12+V output I can find, and the green LED, on the opposite end, which I assume is a power light, appears to be non-functioning. Try googling the exact power supply brand and part number to locate some instructions or hookup drawings. Those big copper bus terminals look to be the 12 VDC connections.

If you're lucky, this power supply won't boot up unless some switch contact is made at those pin connections.

For other wattflyer readers, several club members have purchased from this place, all worked well.
