I'd either order the correct size, or see if I could hook the push rod wire up to a drill inside the sleeve.

Don't lube it---all the lube does is attract dirt and dust and that will untimately
slow things up. worse.

Get the right size wire or install a bigger tube..

Helicopters don't really fly.......
They're just so ugly, that the earth repels them.

Hi where do the push rods go to if they go to the Ailerons with sharp bends to them, dont use the push rods, install 2 seperate mini servos for the ailerons, i have had sticky ailerons with the tube and rod having sharp bends to them from the factory on some ARF planes, Hope that helps, Chellie

Most plastics now a days have "dry" lubricants embbeded inside them.

If you hook your wire into a drill chuck(sounds easier then it is...) it will clean it out well enough for the pushrods to move easier. Just keep it spinning until the rods slide in an out easy. Done deal, costs you nothing, and your ready to go. You could also try to do the same thing by heating up the rods with a head gun or lighter, but I like the friction from the wire better.

I wonder if that dry graphite door lock lubricant would work? Or would it make it worse?

Chellie,Two go to the elevator and one to the rudder.I might try a dry lub and if that will not work I will replace every thing. Thanks

Those are usually pretty straight runs. just keep in mind the last thing you want is any binding. If the drill trick doesn't free it up, order the correct size. Nothing to lose by trying the drill trick though, you already have wire on hand! All you need is a drill.

Just call me X! (or Gary works, too.)
Another signature landing! Somebody help me find all the pieces...
