Default SEFF combat

I was hoping some one could give me some info on the seff combat rules.
like size wgt.of the plane, and battery size restrictions. like to have one ready to go for this. Looks like it will be fun to get into the mayhem.

Yup, if it flies and has a 1320 or smaller it is fine.

Thanks Turner should of just looked on the website.

Have to make up something for this, or I could just sneak one of FMB's planes out of his hanger when he's not looking.

I witnessed this event a couple years ago and flying wings were very popular and seemed to perform very well.

I think I will make a Brewster I have cut a couple of these out of EPP, and they can take a beating.
All I am in it for is the fun if I make it to the final 6 that would be great, but if I leave with a big grin on my face that's what counts.

So, in the final two minutes you get a point if you hit or are hit, is that right. Big and durable has a big advantage it seems.

I gathered that myself big durable, and a efficient power setup for duration to make foam confetti.

Didn't they come up with some weird rule last year that to win you had to bring down one particular plane or something?

Here are the rules from the SEFF site.

Because of the success of this event, we will be holding it every day at 1pm for 20 minutes. Any air worthy plane can fly in this event. Battery size limit is 1320mAh 2 or 3 cell.
Start the horn with full contact. As you are out, step away from the flight line. When the plane/pilot count gets to 6, judges will be assigned to each pilot, counting impacts upon the second horn for the final 2 minute countdown. Any model involved in an impact hitter/hittie scores a point via judges official tally (not pilots). Both, or multiple plane score per impact. The winner will be declared by most impacts. In the case of a tie, pilots will draw straws from a clenched fist for shortest.
Detailed explanation of the Rules for this event will be briefed by Dan Malone before each event.
