Default Phoenix trim issue

I am using a dx61 with Phoenix. It connects fine and I'm able to control throttle, alierons, rudder and elevator fine.

The problem is that the trim is way off on the elevator (needs up elevator). I tried using the trim on the radio and it does not seem to change anything.

Anyone else have this issue and fixed it?

Any help is appreciated.

Huh?

Have you used the sub-trim to "fix" it?
