I have made two half a## attempts to order lipos from the HK USA source but keep getting huge shipping charges as if they were being sent from China. Am I missing something I need to fill in the check out form?

When you go to the site, you can select which warehouse you want to shop from. Select the US one. They usually have a decent selection of batteries.

And don't be tricked by the 'Customs Declaration' thing. Maybe that's what you're seeing? For one, they put it in the stack of other charges. Secondly, it's there even if you're ordering from the USA warehouse and you're in the US.
![]() But it's only a declaration of the value, you are not charged that. Look at the total charges and add it up. Tricked me at first. And I have no idea why they would have the customer fill this in. |

I buy from HK's US warehouse it is only 20 miles from me.
I have found even if you have clicked on the USA warehouse, if you make a search for something it may pop you back to the main China one. I try to buy from the US site, but sometimes it is out of stock on things I want. A couple of days ago they only had 3 out of about 40 ESC's The nano tech batteries are used by about 1/2 of our club. |

But I like the Hyperion G3 packs the best. You can get them at www.allerc.com. They're slightly more expensive than the other places, but these packs have been rock solid for me. The 3S 2100 is $33 and the 2500 is $38. On my site I only sell 3S 850 and 1300 packs, but I've been thinking of stocking 3S 2100 packs as they are so popular. They'd be the same price as ALLeRC, but I tend to sell more at shows than on the web. |
