The problem is that all the kits now are ARF's and I want to build a plane. Seems that there are quite a few gliders and smaller trainer planes that I could get but very little along the lines of a 3D ship. I have built 3 gliders and 2 trainers in the last year and want to keep going. Any help would be great. Thanks Joe C. |

You might check out some of the Stevens Aero kits.

Thanks Johnson, I should have looked there. I have there Mudbug, it's fun to fly. Never thought about a 3D ship from them.
Anyone else have an idea? |

I suspect these might be listed in Gramps reply but if not check out:
http://www.mountainmodels.com/index.php?cPath=25_153 I have not built one from them as yet but I think that will be on the short list for this winter. Mountain Models seems to have an excellent reputation form the postings I have seen They are somewhat smaller than what you are looking for however, looks like a max of about 47 " wingspan |

What makes these kits worth so much more then mountain models or house of balsa as an example. |
