LOL, I lay down thinking "I can't possibly get it all done in time! What am I packing?!? Do I have everything I need?!? What do I need to check?!?"

Of course all that stress goes away the second I set foot on Mac's grass.

Kind of amusing seeing Mason in that video and realizing he's now taller than all of us!

Crash sounds like my nights lately. I read what others are having to get done makes my little projects seem like nothing.

All I know is I can't wait to load up my truck next week Wed. and try and get some sleep before hitting the rd. in the morning. Sure it will be a toss and turn night wondering if I have everything I need.

Funny story. I was just sitting here at work spacing out staring out the window. My Dispatcher Rebecca who has been with me for several years now came over to ask me a question and just stopped and stared for a second and said "Yep, there it is"

I said there what is?

My co-worker made a count down to vacation and put it over my desk at work 8 days to go till I hit the road.
Have to admit getting the same way at work SEFF on the brain.

Today is the big day hopefully, was supposed to be yesterday but it was too windy... he passed his stage exam with flying colors (pun intended) Instructor was getting out of the plane for him to go on his own but then the winds got too strong before he could go back up.

Had to scrub again today due to a mechanical issue with the plane. Tomorrow weather is supposed to be crappy so he is scheduled for Saturday at 1700 which is perfect since I will get off work at 4 and can be there to video and take pictures.

Oh that stinks. I am fighting what I think, and hope, are allergies...

A few years back Both Mason and I were sick with colds and ear aches when we left out for SEFF. We felt so bad that we barely spoke at all the whole way down. Partly because both of us had stopped up ears and couldn't hear each other if we had been talking, the other part was we felt so bad we didn't want to talk.

That had to be our worst SEFF, just because of how bad we both felt the whole week. Come to think of it that was the same year the A/C went out in the old truck on the way home.

Still had a great time at SEFF though.
