Thumbs up Rochobby (FMS) WACO 1100mm Yellow

An amazing looking and flying Bi-Plane known as the WACO by Rochobby (FMS) is certainly just an amazing model to own and fly.

Yesterday during a super Fall Sunday morning I met up with my Sky Bro (Gerry) and he was able to maiden his brand new WACO and here are a few in-flight pictures!

First, here is the link to the distributor:

Aw Geez,

Another one to put on my list ! Check out MotionRC. Veteran owned Roc/FMS distributor. Free shipping. I've bought two planes from them and they have both arrived in 3 days. http://www.motionrc.com/rochobby-wac...-wingspan-pnp/

Christmas is getting closer.....

Mike ,

I was thinking WACO or the Stearman PT-17. Roc/FMS makes them both. Already have more planes than I know what to do with, some not even built but it's still fun to look. I am missing a BIPE in my hangar. http://www.motionrc.com/fms-stearman...-wingspan-pnp/

I would also like a Stearman, but this one has slightly swept wings which is just enough to make me reject it.

I just picked up one these from Roc Hobby and I am still building it. It looks awesome can't wait to maiden. Went together pretty good. The only thing I might see is having to make a battery compartment mod. They say to put the battery in leads first or to the back but I'm thinking the velco strap that comes with it might not hold the battery all that good. A little hard to get my 2200's in and out. Plus one end of the battery sits on top of esc, Thinking I might need to figure something out. Any ideas ???

I am interested in the lipo location. I have some 2500 lipos and hope they will fit. I cannot find a manual online and am interested in where the lipo is installed. Thanks for any info.
