Default I need info on Hobby King Alloy 3S EDF vs Jpowers Skyangel stock 50mm EDF

I am in need of real info preferably by those who have real experience of both EDF units. I am happy with the Stock Skyangel unit but it is difficult for me to get hold of and the HK Alloy 50mm 3S units are available to me more easy.

I've read a lot about the HK units and it's both good and bad .. so no real decision can be made from it all.... and I think much of it is not by real experience.

So I ask can people please vote on the following and if possible give some detail in a post ..

My reason is I am planning a Concorde twin 50mm EDF scratchbuild and want a good fan system that gives enough thrust without need for out and out speed .. so I get a reasonable run time out of a large 3S pack .. ie a 2200. I would not put my speed freak set-up in - that has no real run-time even though it is extremely powerful.

Thanks in advance for help ... and only 50mm 3S please ...

Cheers
Nigel
