Default Symmetric by Donatas

Hi there this is my first post here. I'm moving more and more towards electric. I fly an AJ Slick 71" and my first electric a Mini-Funtana and a Foamy Hummer from HK, also a Trex 450 and I am in the setup process of my new Trex 550E DFC. I also fly indoors and this year I'm getting this :

pauzuolis-rc.com/symmetric-kits-are-available-for-sale-from-donatas-design.html

Do any of you have had this plane and what did put on it (motor esc etc)

Thanks for your help.
P.S. had the www in front of my link since it's my first post I can't put links

Hi looks like people are using a axi 2203/40 VPP motor with a mamo VPP Upside Down System with a 9" prop, wow that stuff is Expensive looks like they are using a 8amp jeti Eco esc and a 2 cell lipo, with HS-55 or HS-65 servos, That would be Fun to Fly Indoors, not sure how it will fly outdoors in a slight breeze, but i think its a indoors plane only. Take care and have fun, Chellie

Recommended equipment: -

  • AXi 2203/RACE with GWS 84.3 Propeller for 3D flying
  • Or AXi 2203/40 VPP with Mamo Upside-Down System for 4D flying
  • ESC: Jeti Advance 8 Pro or similar
  • Servos: HS-65HB for ailerons, JR 290G or 188 for elevator and rudder
  • Receiver: 4-channel (or more) receiver such as the Jeti Duplex R5 Indoor Receiver
  • Battery: 350-380mAh 2s 7.4V Li-Po battery for 3D flying or 300mAh 2s for 4D flying (light-weight)

Well finally started building this Symmetric (lost a lot of time on a 3GX for my Trex 550E DFC, had to get a Vbar Silverline will set it up this week). I will install 2 Eflite S60 and 1 HK 500, all 5gr servos. Here is what's done so far.
