Default Dealers: Nitro Planes vs

I'm kinda narrowing down my search for a plane, settling on a Sky Surfer from either NitroPlanes or ReadyMadeRc. Any comments on either dealer regarding customer service, selection of parts, speed of shipping, etc?

From what I have read on other sites for FPV readymadeRC has a great rep I haven't bought from them yet been eyeing a plane on their site for some time just not high on my must have list.
I have bought from Nitroplanes and have been happy with them never a issue with the shipping, but I haven't had to use their customer service yet, and they don't seem to carry much for spare replacement parts.

I've ordered from Hobbypartz which is part of the Nitroplanes/Nitroheli/nitrorcx group, all the same place.
No problems with what I ordered, BUT I have heard not to order anything not in stock as it may or may not ever come back in stock!
Haven't had to deal with customer service so no idea how that works.
Doesn't seem to be a lot of spare parts for some things, so I'd check on that also before buying.

Nitroplanes has been in business much longer and has a decent forum (RCDiscuss) that has a few experienced tech members that can walk you through almost anything they sell......Their customer service lacks timely responses and unless you specfically request a tech guy, you'll end up with some kid who just graduated with a Marketing degree trying to help you with something he's only read in their flyer advertisements......

I've not personally done business with ReadyMade RC......but know a couple of guys who have.......both are experienced plankers and do not require tech support. Seems ReadyMade prices are competitive but their selection is not on par with Nitrolanes, which has a major problem with keeping spare parts in inventory since everything they stock in their Calif. warhouse comes from China directly from the manufactures.......which is a complete logistics nightmare.

Hope that helps some.

I have not had any issues with Nitro but I think my favorite over the last year is MotionRC. Great service and prices. Fast and free shipping. Nice product lines including FMS and Freeewing.

It would be nice if Nitroplanes had a better spare parts supply...

And yes, you need to only order in-stock stuff.

But they get stuff shipped quickly (when it is in stock)

I would stay away from Nitroplanes...that's from personal experience.....never heard of ReadyMadeRc. If you have a LHS near by that would be my 1st choice. I purchase most of my planes from Hobby Zone or Horizon Hobby. Both have spare parts for everything they sell, they stand behind their products and are a pleasure to do business with.
