Default Vote here for the winner of the $75 Scratch Build Contest

Voting should be based on 3 Factors:

1. Uniqueness of the Aircraft.
2. Appearance of the Aircraft.
3. Flying Performance of Aircraft.

All 3 need to be taken into consideration when voting, the Voting will last for 2 weeks to give everyone a chance to vote.

A huge THANK YOU to Chellie and all the contest participants! Thanks for sticking through the contest despite the weather we've been having!

Take care and thanks for posting at WattFlyer!!

Well another tough one for me. Wish I could vote for all of them, but I think I got to go with BudLight. That thing is just plain neat and I like budlight beer so..

Happy flying may your crashes be limited and if they are not limited let them be cool.

I too voted budlight flyer.

Hope dad doesn't take it personally. but we never did get around to finishing the plane or our foam wing cutter. however, we did get a good proof of concept and decided that the carbon arrow shafts do indeed work as well as we could have expected

slow stock prop reversal. it flies! easily! 543 watt dual motor bipe slow stick. push-me-pull-you. 242 watt 3 channel slow stick. 365 watt mini ultra stick. 415 watt mini contender. 810 watt ultra stick .25e. 220 watt alpha 450 sport (retired).

oh man...all great builds gang. i liked them all!!!

i just skimmed through each entry........dang,i don't know how to vote for this one.

Nigel's overall build with twin edfs has the most posts and talk about getting caught up in the moment when it flew. beautiful job Nigel and she really was a lot of effort in the planning and hard work ,but awesome flying.

but then Steve's plane flew great and that covering job was top notch on the acemach none. beautifully done bud! some of those swoops toward the ground were risky...but of coarse, you meant to do that..right.

now chellies CL build and flight held me in awe both for the beautiful plane and pilot....,you flew those stunts like i never thought cl flew like that. a pilot doesn't have to keep spinning in circles if ya know how to fly stunts. very cool and i love the video.

mivins bud bird....classy build bud!!!!she's also a winner. the design is clean and simple..but the theme "bud light" was tastefully done and also a winning build.

redrapper, the slow stick 3d parts were brillient...send me a set and ya got my vote...[jk] beautiful job.

hawk.....man....coool bird man[cough..cough,puffffffffff..cough] like...far out dude,i mean...blows my mind,ya know. just kidding hawk, your plane started out looking really sleek and then the overall design, well you were your judge & jury...lol.

pm 503...if you had built your first choice it would have got my vote, your build fulfills my love for sleek and fast. sweet build!

i had time to kill to post my reviews of these fine builds........still don't want to vote.

narrow is the place to land...wide is the space to crash....choose the narrow way!

I am always amazed at the talent here and to compete against some of the best - I can only say thank you.

Toby ? - Yeh - I get carried away sometimes ... I may be 58yrs old - but we all are just big kids really !

What is it they say ? As we get older - our toys just cost more ?

I found it hard to vote .. but decided in the end - the 'points' between each were so close ...

I had to give it Chellie ... I was just so in awe of a Lady flying a C/L of that speed and ability !!

So what's next ??

Thought it might be an idea for someone to put together a post with all the models final photos shown ?

I tried but I'm in China and the internet fails to load some sites etc. I cannot see most of the photos linked and videos are definitely blocked.

You are in a tight race. Your Concorde looks awesome. I was torn between yours and budlight for the final vote but beer led the way. Good luck

Seems voting's gone quiet !!

Given the number of registered forum people - I'm surprised at the low number of votes ...

Still - the comp was enjoyable - gave me a real pick-up and urge to get done.

My Concorde will be with me for a long time to come ... she puts a smile on my face and of course creates conversation when seen ..
Even if a venue is not suitable for her - I will still take her just to have her on show.

What comp next ??

Hi Nigel Put up a Survey Thread for the next Build Competition and get ideas, and see what people would like to build next, maybe a twin motor Aircraft would be a good Build project. I think you would be a Great Host for the next Competition
