Default ReadyMadeRc Mako build

Finally put together my RMRC MAKO FPV plane.
I purchased pnp version.
Installed-
Skylark tiny osd iii w/GPS (installed gps as far out on right wing as cord would allow)
DTF UHF LRS 8ch rx... Combined w/ taranis x9d plus (DTF external 1w tx)
ibcrazy Dipole 433mhz antenna (installed on left wing with 4 inch extension)
Immersion 600mw vtx w/ lhcp Ibcrazy airblade 5.8 video antenna
Fatshark 600vtl camera w/3d printed camera mount/holder from RMRC
Video rx power filter READYMADERC
SEtUP to use one 2250mah 3 cell or use two for increased capacity (getfpv)
Replaced deans connector w/XT60 and then 4 inch extension w/2 battery xt60 connectors.
Plasti-dipped landing skids.
Added some orange graphics to bottom.
Added Servo covers.
Added step traction tape to finger hold areas under fuselage.
Used computer foam wiring guides and red wire loom.
I used reinforced packaging tape to line inside of nose cone. Then used clear gorrilla tape to cover the entire outside of nose cone. Optimistic it will need the reinforcement if it ever/when goes down.
Added clear gorrilla tape to length of each wing leading edge.
Turned the eyes upside down to make it look meaner . . . lol

Plane went together fairly quickly. One hiccup was skylarks directions for osd were exceedingly sparse (thank goodness for youtube). Also one servo arm was installed at least 20 degrees different than other side. Magnets for foam nose came unglued after two times removing nose. Oh and READYMADERC forgot to ship both clear & polarized plastic dome noses initially. They were quick to ship them after contact.
Windy and rainy today, so hopefully maiden tomorrow. Excited to fly it as this is my FIRST fpv plane.

Default Change servo clevises

The stock servo clevises had a signifigantly smaller shaft then the control horn hole. I believe there was enough play in both elevons to cause vibrations and almost like a sloppy steering box effect. I changed them out with Horizon Hobby Apprentice clevises. I flew four flights and WOW what a difference. The wing flew tremendously better.
