Default programing for tatic 650

hope i have this in the correct spot. I just purchased the tatic 650 and want to set it up to the flyzone beaver. I have some general settings inmind but was wondering if anyone else had the same thing and what settings were being used with the dr and expo, also i'm not totaly sure about chooseing the aileron slash wing set up? Any help or suggestions would be greatly apperaciated.

How sad is it that nobody even tried to answer this question?? I just stumbled across his thread and shook my head at no responses. Is it because he purchased something other than spektrum???...gasp!!!

What was I thinking?

I have a new Tactic 650, and the manual is good but not great. The setup screens are okay, and methinks when I have down time (screaming zoo at work lately) I will hook up a mess of servos and see what the various settings do.

I really like my Tactic equipment - I have a TTX 650 and TTX 600 as well as about a dozen 624 and 625 Rx's. Solid performance at much more realistic prices than Spektrum.

The 650 manual is well written and covers most of the features and how to set them up. This TX has very extensive programming ability for its modest price. It will do some things that aren't covered in the manual but are explained here:

http://www.tacticrc.com/faq/ttx650.html

Product support via phone or email is also very responsive.
