Default peanuts. . .

So I get my latest shipment of nitrate dope from Aircraft Spruce and it is packed in peanuts which are usually a pain to dispose of since curbside recycling won't take foam of any kind in my backwoods berg. But wait! These are friendly peanuts because they dissolve in water. Cool.

I get a bucket of water and dump peanuts in. Yeah buddy, they're dissolving. Few minutes later I poke my paw in the pile to sort of stir them up and notice the peanut soup is really sticky.Hmmm . . .

Anyone ever tried peanut soup as glue? Definitely not waterproof but it might have non-wet application somewhere.

Yeah, water-soluble peanuts have been around for a while now. Pretty neat stuff. Fortunately for me, since I ship out a lot of stuff from my business, all packing materials I receive get reused.

Several years ago I first saw them at work. I thought they were very clever and interesting, so I ate one.
