The front stearable weel is lovely, but the inverted ribs got me. I'm still stuck!

Bill, can you believe that just a couple days ago I got to "squeeze" a freebie from a bookseller in Sao Paulo: the July '59 Mecanica Popular (yes, Popular Mechanics in Spanish!). Don't think bad of me, he is a good guy and appreciated the business (mistery and crime novels in portuguese for the lady back home, plus a dozen Tex farwests for me).
On page 34 there is a picture of this plane. The description calls it Mignet 320 (French), says the extra wing "adds airlift", cruise @130 km/h and take-off/land in just 45 meters.
