Al, this little Cub is friggin' awesome as a beginner plane. You could fly this thing hands-off as long as it's calm. A gentleman named Carl Rankin has quite a following at Sepulveda Basin that like to fly this plane which he designed. And, yes, this plane looked fine after I hammer-head stalled it on its very first take-off: No damage.
