Picture 8 of 8 from Album Scratchbuilt or Kitbashed Airplanes
Avenger is a Roy Looyenga designed, 58" span, sport model. Plans originally published in the Dec 1981 RCMagazine were re-drawn in CAD for electric power. My first attempt at a 'soda bottle' cowling came out better than expected.
My better half is a USAF vet, so this plane (complete with under wing armament) is dedicated to her, with her name and 'call sign' under the cockpit.
Power Up 46 on six cells (two 3s packs wired in series) provide the power.
