Just curious as to what kind of vehicle you drive to the flying field.

The sebring is used if it's just me, my dad, and brother's hobby zone commanders and challenger, but the ram gets used if we each got more than one plane.

Out of boredom, here's the specs.

1996 Chrysler Sebring JX convertible
2.5l DOHC V6, around 150 cubic inches.
automatic transmission

more to list, but on with the pics!

2004 Dodge Ram 2500
5.7l HEMI! V8 OHV 345ci
auto tranny with 3.55 gears

more to list, but pic.

Just curious what you drive to haul the planes..

Oh, and here's half the planes in the ram's bed.

This pic was taken for a tresure hunt on URC, that's why my name is on the paper.

Just my little Honda CRX but I have stuffed 11 planes and gear in there a few times without damage so far.

Hey Kosh

Shouldn't that be a DX6? ;-)

There was no DX6 out when I bought this so its the Optic6 that I'm still happy with.

I'll post some pics later. Had to buy my wife a 2006 Buick to get the Town and Country off her for my Addiction..... I mean Hobby. Mini vans are the greatest to haul things with. I was using my Concord but it can't hold a candle to the van. I think I can put just about all my planes in there if I wanted to....not. :D

Holy cow KOSH!!

I thought I was overdoing it with 5 planes in the trunk of the sebring!

I am actually considering a 96 grand cherokee to haul more.

Plus I have an itch to go offroad. :D

Sebring doesn't do so well offroad. :(

Here's the whole setup we took to GA. On a normal day it is the same without the camper!:D

My 98 Wrangler daily driver. I've fit quite a few parkfliers in here, but it's not very foam friendly. My .40 Cub wing just barely fits in it. I've been thinking about what to get after I get this paid off and plane carrying capability is right at the top of the list.
