Was wondering if any of you gurus can help me....
I lost control again in the LHS and walked out with one of these http://www.greatplanes.com/airplanes/gpma1470.html
I would like to go brushless and lipo, just not sure which way to go.
I have some bits and pieces lying around, one of which is the Hacker A-30 8XL,plus various ESC's and 3S and 4S lipos.
The kv is 1100,and I think I would like to run on 4S.
Any advice on other motors,ESC's,servos, lipos and props would be much appreciated.
I was thinking either the Hacker,or even a .25 size outrunner like this one,or even the next size up...
Also I think that HS55's maybe okay on the aelirons, but was thinking that an 81 may be better on the elevator..
I would like it to be quick and lively, yet still have reasonable flight time...not too much to ask I know.
Any advice gratefully recieved.

I have ordered the eflight power 25 anyway,as I have a couple of applications for it.The kv is lower than the Hacker,so may be better on 4S.I think I will use a 81 on the elevator, coupla grams here or there can't hurt surely....

Well I couldn't wait, and put the plane together with 55's for the aelirons, and an 81 for the elevator.Still waiting on the motor though.I am going to go with the 25 from Eflight with a 2100 4S.....will see how it goes.

I used 81's all the way around with MG's on the ailerons as they take a beating from belly landings. The smaller servos won't last two flights. Get the HS81MG (metal geared)

Also check out my battery selection and location. It worked perfect in both power and cg.
