I was wondering if anyone has ever seen a kit for the Laird LC-DW Super Solution. It is a classic "Golden Era" racing biplane http://www.warplanes.com/store/item.asp?item_id=835&department_id=39 I would LOVE to get one in my hangar , any leads??

If you don't mind making your own "kit," there are detailed drawings of the Super Solution in Paul Matt's Scale Airplane Drawings, Volume 2. It's available from the AMA, and many other sources of aviation books. Blown up 4 times, you'd have a good park scale size.

Good luck!

Dumas makes a 24" rubber powered model of it, and there is another version by Herr or MM, or ???

BTW, StevensAeromodels has the Dumas kits at 1/3 off...

Go to www.kitcutters.com (http://www.kitcutters.com)

When you go into the site main page, look on the left
column for SPPS click it for a drop down menu.
Click on "Jim Doc Pepino".
Under the list of his plans you will find the Laird
Super Solution.

good luck,
