View Full Version : Define right thrust?

I know you need to set thrust angles when mounting the motors and mounts. I am just unclear as to what angle of orientation.
The prefered method is to add a bit of right thrust for torque correct? So this would mean angling the motor slightly to the right I assume(if you are looking at it from overhead and behind the motor, the motor front would be pointed slightly right?).

yes. although i rarely do it at all anyway, but thats me.

Ken, some models are set up with 0/0 thrust and fly just fine that way while other types will not track straight and fly the way the designer intended without adding a little right thrust and sometimes downthrust as well.
