Hi all,

We doing still and Video capture via Heli and Airplane.
Sometime you just need to get a Image from a video file, cause it's just the "perfect" shot.
My Video record in 640 x 480 Mpeg 4 and the Camera capture at 2058 x 1536, 6.6 megapixels.
I use ulead video studio for crabbing the image from the Video file, which is 640 x 480.
What program can be used to enlarge the capture image and make it a better resolutions.
Any idea welcome.

While enlarging a image is very simple the end result is not usually very flattering. Artifacting and other nasty stuff takes it toll if enlarged much.
Try 800x600 in size and it shouldnt be too bad and you might even get lucky at 1024x768 but I think your pushing it there.

Below are a pair of free programs that can do what you need.

There are programs that will enlarge low resolution photos but the fact is that you cannot enlarge them without loosing quality and detail. It is not possible to increase the resolution of your original capture...you can only make it larger...two different things. You're better off using your video remotely to frame your still shot and getting that perfect image with your still camera at its highest resolution.

I can guarantee you, you won't be happy with the quality of enlarged video captures.
