View Full Version : Stryker goes KABOOM - again

Picked up a new favorite stunt in my stryker this weekend. Outside loop down to inverted and then roll back topside, similar to a split-s. Flew them all day yesterday w/o incident, just slinging her around at full throttle at no worries. Well this morning I went to do one and full down elevator got me vertical and the plane never came around inverted - just buried straight into the turf.

I think this one is too bad to glue - fuse is banana'ed vertical stabs ripped battery hatch broken, actually all the hatches are blown, broken motor mount, and stripped out the right elevon servo. From the spares I have laying around, looks like I got about $40 to get her flying again.

Might as well drop another $20 for a new fuse.....

Yup new fuse time!! Thats the great thing about the Stryker, 20 bucks for a rebuild is pretty easy to take. Now build another one and go back up there and rip some more holes in the sky!!!
