was going to try to send m'friends a Christmas card but the format was too large for the PM site.
If you get a chance, check out the "Merry Christmas" thread. I went ahead and did a "blanket" post hoping you guys would get it.
Do have a Joyful Christmas and prosperous new year.

Thanks so much Voyager. I actually am building my first plane! So many sweet, nice people here on Wattflyer it almost seems like no one could do any harm. I wish it was that way. :-( There were some guys who traveled Marco Polo's route a few years ago. I saw a PBS movie on it, and I was moved. They traveled all over, safe or scary, they met many new acquaintances, and they learned about people and there diverse cultures. They said that "There really are more good people in the world than bad." I don't know what my point is, but that film made me look at people differently.
People are curious, and they like to know who they are hanging out with on Wattflyer. That's probably why your personal pic got so many views.

Hey Paperairplane. Happy Thanksgiving. I hope you are building something today that will fly in the future! You are totally correct about keeping things private on the WWW; too many things can happen when you give out personal information. I noticed that the picture on my photo gallery that gets the most hits is a picture of me! I find that strange. The focus to me is models not the individual. Maybe I'm just weird that way.

Thanks CC. Too bad the world wide web is so... well... wide, and it gives access to many/mostly good people, but the few that are bad ruin the day for all. I hope to add many more planes to the full fuse thread. Thanks for participating!

Very cool. To bad it's so polluted. People just don't care about it when they are in the farther reaches of the watershed.

That said, I live around the Chesapeake Bay. Not on it, but near enough to take a trip there once in a while.
