Hi, Josh. Yes, the Pawnee maidened successfully two weeks ago. She was just a bit nose heavy' I added a little weight to the tail (1/2 oz). Took it back out Saturday. It was flying well, but unfortunately, it appeared to lose radio contact & went down pretty hard. Took out most all of the nose. Wing panel and the aft fuselage were OK.

What's up Bud!! Sorry I haven't been to the field lately. Just been busy with school and haven't had the gas. I plan to be there a lot in June with Jannette and Al getting ready for the IMAC event in July. I finally got a chance to check out Debbies R/C world about 2 weeks ago. That place is nice and they gave a Piper Cub. It needs some work but I won't complain since it was free. Got my pilot badge in the mail the other day too. Now I'm a full fledged pilot. Rich has to checkflight me for instructor status though. Since that IMAC event I can't wait to get back out there and fly my 70" Extra. Have you maidened the Pawnee yet?? Oh and I found out I placed 4th out of 7 pilots and not 6!! Even better!! Anyway I plan to rock the house in July at the next IMAC event. I got to place top so I can afford my next project as this stupid wedding is going to break me I think!!! LOL Anyway give me a call sometime as I haven't heard from ya in a while. Later!!!!
