    Hi Bob, It looks this Autumn that I am going to have to build some heavy weather birds to continue to fly electric with any regularity. In my case I think the solid balsa wing approach is the one to go for for that model type.

    Worst weather for years Sam in fact it's the worst summer that I can ever remember. It's my fault though. I went electric a year ago last April and the weather has been strange ever since. strange that

    im not far from there at all, in fact im from somerset, in south chard, tatworth, i dont know what weather you've had been its been barely sunny the whole holiday.

    Hi Sam, I'll repeat it here but I've also replied on your page ( very complicated) I'm from Exmouth in Devon. It's three miles from Sir Walter Raleigh's family seat at Hayes Barton where he was born. One little known fact is that he moored his ship at Exmouth and I'll bet it was locally crewed as well.
