    Hi Bill G
this is Cole.. (Drummaker) I am working on the HOB T-6 Texan.

I am at the point of painting the Canopy, and was hoping you could share your insight into how you did yours. Masking tape... My hand is definately NOT steady enough to pull this one off.

The friends that we all meet here at Wattflyer, stay at Wattflyer to communicate. I delete 1000 junk emails per day, and almost wish I didn't have email at all (lol).

It's a Republic Seabee thread started by Dave Blum at RC Groups in the Scale Electric Planes forum. Should come up on a search, and he has a picture of the 3-view plan in there. It may have not been a file, and I copied it and rescaled it. Been a long time, and a computer death here since also, so I don't remember exactly how it was posted, but it is there. He entered it for a Fun Build contest, so that may help in searching for it.
    Found it:

    Thank you,
No problem to use a 3 views
I built a Blanchard C1 with 3 views published in "le Fanatique de l'Aviation"

I have a 3 views with dimensions but it is very low resolution, unusable.
But I can not find the Dave Blum, how to get it?
Can you give me those documents?

Not a problem with the translation. It's fine.
They Seabee plans really aren't plans. I used a 3-view drawing that Dave Blum posted on RCG. He had began to develop it as a plan, but never completed it. I used it as a guide for a scratch build, but only to help me design my parts. I basically just made the parts as the build progressed. I also got ideas from a build by Christer Bergstrom. It can be found on the web, as I lost the link due to a computer failure. Sorry that I don't have a useable plan, but you could search RCG to find the views that Dave Blum posted, in the Scale Electric forum, and print it out. If you are an ambitious builder, the Dave Blum 3-view is enough to develop a build from. I enjoy building from 3-view drawings, designing and making the parts, without making official plans. Not many people build using that method, but for me it is more enjoyable that spending many hours developing plans with CAD.

    Hello,
Google Translation, pardon me. I'm French ...
Is it possible to have the views or plans mentioned in your message
    http://www.wattflyer.com/forums/show...ghlight=seabee
I want to build a Seabee like this, same scale:
    http://hangaren.pointclark.net/rchangar/rcseebee.html
I have the same plan, but it is not fair.
    thank you in advance
