Yea that looked like a stall....So how good/bad are the silver-zinc batteries?

Laggard 03-28-2009 09:44 PM

Good to see that again. I too suspect the Electric Queen stalled and lawn-darted soon after launch.

30.7 watts per pound. OUCH!

When a person was going to have pictures taken, one looked "their best"....When a person was going to be in a "video"...He/she was "mighty important". Most model "endevours" were by people who could afford the luxury and there were very few of them....so it was considered a bit of a status symbol to have a modeling hobby. Most old modeling vids (what few there are of them), have the suit-n-tie appearance.

Yep, show up today in a suit and tie and you'll be known as "reverend"...or the "undertaker"... Lol ,not even the Prez gets his picture in one...:D

Shenanigans! This has to be fake..

There were no gassers standing around commenting that "it just doesn't sound right", and offering him a good deal on a glow trainer. :Q

8 amps? wow.

That plane totally stalled, did you see him launch that and push on the rudder?

I question the 1 mile range on that boat radio.

Very cool though even though I am a movie critic. :)

I'd like to learn more about the development of RC radios.
